Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.

What are your delivery times?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.

How much will shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Will I have to pay duty or customs fees?
If you are ordering outside the U.S. once we launch international shipping, you may be responsible for local customs or duty fees.


My Order

How can I cancel my order?
Because orders are processed quickly, cancellations are not guaranteed. Please contact us at support@dominisco.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.

I never received an order confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can’t find it, email us at support@dominisco.com with your full name and order number.

I placed an order with the wrong address. Can I change it?
If your order has not shipped yet, contact us immediately with your correct address. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes.

Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right.


Product

Can I return a product?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please check sizing carefully before placing your order.

How do I care for my product?

    - Wash inside out on cold

    - Use gentle detergent

    - Tumble dry low or hang dry

    - Do not iron directly over prints or embroidery
